Full and Student registration includes entry to all conference sessions on Monday 30 April and Tuesday 1 May 2012 and the trade exhibtion. It also includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days as well as entry to the Networking Function.

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Thursday 29 March 2012. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.

Conference delegates are invited to join in the networking function held at the end of day one. This will be a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues and meet other delegates. The trade exhibition will be open for you to continue networking with the exhibitors. Refreshments and canapés will be served.
